What is your cancellation policy? 

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be canceled. However, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible.
 • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not be charged a fee.
 • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
 • No-shows will be charged the full price of the service.
Cancellations can be made by phone, text, or email. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations via social media.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Continuous reschedules can result in a deposit being required for booking appts

We are an appointment only salon. We do not accept walk-ins. This allows us to better serve our clients by providing them with the time and attention they deserve. Same day appointments may be available during scheduling, check out the online booking to ensure there is a space for you 

How do I prepare for my appointment?

How do I prepare for my appointment?

Here are some tips on how to prepare for your next hair coloring appointment:

  1. If you have build up of dry shampoo or root coloring spray, please wash your hair 24-48 hours before your appointment. This will help to remove any product buildup and allow the color to penetrate more evenly.
  2. Send over a picture of the hair color you want. This will help your stylist to understand what you are looking for and to create a color that is right for you.
  3. Be prepared to discuss your hair history. This includes any previous hair coloring treatments, as well as any hair-related medical conditions.
  4. Be patient. Hair coloring can take time, so be prepared to relax and enjoy the process.
By following these tips, you can help to ensure that your hair coloring appointment goes smoothly and that you are happy with the results.

Here are some additional tips:

  • If you are planning on a major hair color change, it is a good idea to get a consultation with your stylist first. This will give them a chance to assess your hair and recommend the best course of action.
  • If you have any concerns about hair color, such as allergies or sensitivity to chemicals, be sure to discuss them with your stylist.
  • After your hair color appointment, be sure to follow your stylist's instructions for care and maintenance. This will help to extend the life of your new color.

Do you offer vibrant colors?

Do you offer vibrant colors?

I do offer vibrant colors at my salon, however, I'm not able to do corrective color on vibrant hair. If you're looking to correct any damage or discoloration in your hair, I would be happy refer you to another stylist who specializes in this.

Hair that I would be able to do vibrants colors on are:
  • Already pre-lightened hair
  • Virgin Hair
  • Single or no more than 2 different colors.

This service can take up to 4 hours and will likely be $100/hour
