We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be canceled. However, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible.
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not be charged a fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full price of the service.
Cancellations can be made by phone, text, or email. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations via social media.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
